• Sept 15 — 3.0.0 tagged, Zenodo DOI, arXiv preprint

Blocking

• Locate worm-code update (branch/PR) or drop from release notes
• Confirm MPS deprecation scope + removal version
• Confirm PyPI package name and Python floor
• Migration note for VisTrails users
• Confirm working DMRG upgrades
• Zenodo webhook enabled before Sept 15

• SSE sign problem issue qmc/sse: default EPSILON to an ergodic value for sign-problematic models #98
• Spack install + Boost version issue repaired [ALPS]: Issues with Spack installation #117
