Dedicated Security Handler Enhancer example

An often occurring use case of the HandlerEnhancerDefintion interface is an implementation which dedicates itself towards security annotations. This suggestion is also shared during the training, for example.

There however is no clear sample present which showcases how to achieve such a solution.
It would thus be beneficial to draft up a dedicated module in the code samples project sharing just such an implementation.
