while loop got eof error

Hi, I run XAM follow your code with while loop but I got an eof error:

And I change to for loop it works fine:

We've got a test case for the while loop that is passing. So, I'm surprised the while loop is not working for you.

@junjunlab, I have got a few questions.

• Can you share your sam file so I can reproduce the error?
• Could you also let us know which version of BGZFStreams and XAM with which you encountered the error?
• And finally, are you using multiple threads?
