Scope

SG-107 demonstrates old-evidence exclusion, stable screenshot naming, copy-only export, evidence PDF generation and a fail-closed completion gate. The tooling preserves originals and cannot close a group until its required tests, builds, screenshots, notes and repository checks are present.
