SG-196 - Configuration Readiness and Secret Boundaries

Groups 193-196 add one genuine, validated and recoverable embedded Settings workspace for configuration metadata and secret-reference names without storing or resolving credentials.

Approved evidence set

  1. 01-ordinary-empty-configuration-readiness.png - genuine empty ordinary state with zero secrets stored.
  2. 02-required-fields-validation.png - required capability and owner validation without mutation.
  3. 03-secret-value-rejection.png - invalid reference value and secret-like notes rejected visibly.
  4. 04-isolated-demo-readiness.png - labelled isolated readiness summary using fictional metadata.
  5. 05-isolated-demo-secret-boundary.png - fictional ready and missing-input records with reference names only.
  6. 06-test-validation.png - eight focused tests and 723-test regression result.
  7. 07-release-build-validation.png - clean Desktop and Android Release builds plus runtime inspection.
  8. 08-safety-supply-chain-validation.png - dependency, hygiene, no-secret and evidence-integrity checks.

Pack 2 is complete. Five LifeOS images and three Notepad validation images were captured directly from their target window handles and inspected. Ordinary/Home was restored, and invalid ordinary and isolated-demo interaction created no configuration-readiness file.
