[Bug]: Cannot scroll horizontally on gradeview

Summary

Cannot scroll horizontally to the right to see other assignments/grades on other assignments.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on a folder containing assignments
2. Click on Students
3. View grades in a spreadsheet format

Expected behavior

The page should allow for scrolling in both directions. When I open the page full screen on an ultrawide monitor, more of the page is visible but still not the entirety of it.

Actual behavior

The page view frozen based on browser width.
