Better explain 'New' in lineage collections #1357
Description
On the lineage collections, we have Nucleotide substitutions and New nucleotide substitutions, but we don't explain, what's what:
It would be good to add descriptions to the variants here.
And we also need to have the same description in the dashboards, ideally as a tooltip here, on the variants in the rows in the table:
