hciconfig and hcitool are deprecated #1

According to https://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-bluetooth/msg69239.html, hciconfig and hcitool (as well as others) are deprecated and no longer included in bluez. Would it be possible to get the scripts in this repo updated with new tools provided by bluez (e.g. bluetoothctl and btmgmt)?
