Demo enhancements - uncertainty, interpolation recommendation

• move all notebooks to demo_notebooks (no symbolic links)
• show kPL uncertainty metrics
• recommend interpolation prior to kPL, AUCratio
• rename notebooks to imaging based and spectroscopic imaging based analysis
