Bundle VCAndroidAuto 0.1.5-beta2: one jar for VW and SEAT

0.1.4 and 0.1.5-beta1 were compiled against VW firmware, where
BAPString.setContent returns the string; on SEAT it returns nothing, so
music and arrows failed there. 0.1.5-beta2 looks the method up at run time.
