ChatGPT,OpenAI,50(1),1.1,yes,https://chatgpt.com/,in_product,2026-08-05,"Entry screen carries the line ""ChatGPT is AI. By using it, you agree to our Terms & Privacy Policy."" Read from the served HTML of the logged out page, not from a rendered screenshot. STATE DEPENDENT, found 2026-08-06 round 2: the line is present on the logged out entry screen and absent from a capture of the first chat screen of a newly created signed in account. The cell stays yes because the disclosure is publicly evidenced, but the state it appears in is not the same state in which Claude's appears. CONFIRMED 2026-08-06: absence when signed in is corroborated by two captures and by direct observation at the screen by the person capturing, who reports nothing visible. CORRECTED: those two captures are of the SAME new account taken twice, not two independent accounts, so they corroborate against capture failure but not against account variation. The established-account state for ChatGPT remains uncaptured."
