Snyk API&Web - Recorder login/sequence browser extension

How to test

Follow the steps below to install and test the extension in dev mode

Step 1:

Download/clone this repo

or
Download the release file and unzip it
- test-build.zip (Chrome)
- test-build-firefox.zip (Firefox)

Step 2:

Go to chrome://extensions [1]
Activate the Developer mode [2]
Click Load unpacked [3]

Step 3:

Navigate to the extension folder [1]
Select the test-build folder [2]
Click Select [3]

Step 4:

Click on the chrome extensions icon [1]
Pin the "Snyk API&Web Recorder" extension [2]

Step 5 (final):

Click on the extension icon [1]
Start using it
Type your target URL [2]
Click "Start Recording" [3]

Update extension:

To test a new version, do:

Update the repo git pull or unzip the new downloaded release file
Go to chrome://extensions [1]
Click on the reload icon [2]
