<problem_statement>Many high school students—particularly teens in underserved communities—struggle with staying engaged in school, accessing positive mentors, and developing essential life skills. Without strong support systems, these students are at higher risk of dropping out, facing mental health challenges, or becoming involved in risky behaviors.
Our community faces a growing need for youth advocacy, mentorship, and skills-based programs that promote mental wellness, purpose, and accountability through accessible and relatable guidance.</problem_statement>

        <solution_proposal>
How do you envision the ideal solution to this problem?

Which ServiceNow products or capabilities would be used?

An ideal solution integrates mentorship, advocacy, and digital coaching into one cohesive experience.
Students log in to their personalized profile to view their learning pathway, complete skill assessments, and track life goals. Administrators can visualize student well-being trends, generate reports, and identify where additional support is needed.

Key features:

Student and mentor dashboards

Progress tracking and goal setting

Automated reminders for check-ins and assessments

Peer support chat and conflict resolution workflows

Mobile-friendly access for both mentors and students

ServiceNow Products or Capabilities

ServiceNow Studio for app design and workflow development

App Engine Studio / Flow Designer for automating mentor follow-ups and progress updates

Performance Analytics for visual dashboards and student progress tracking

Survey and Assessment Designer for well-being and goal check-ins

Now Mobile for easy access to student/mentor engagement on the go
