<problem_statement>Across the UK, schools report incidents like bullying, accidents, and vandalism using manual forms, spreadsheets, or emails. This leads to delayed responses, inconsistent data, and limited visibility for local education authorities. A lack of real-time tracking makes it hard to identify patterns or intervene early.</problem_statement>

        <solution_proposal>
How do you envision the ideal solution to this problem?

Which ServiceNow products or capabilities would be used?

Use ServiceNow Case Management for incident logging and workflow automation. Flow Designer and Integration Hub can route reports to the correct safeguarding or maintenance teams. Now Platform dashboards would visualise trends (e.g., bullying frequency by term). Virtual Agent could assist staff in submitting or tracking cases easily.

Are there any technical dependencies for the proposed solution?

Integration with existing school management systems (e.g., Arbor, SIMS), email/SMS APIs for alerts, and secure user authentication (SSO via Gov.uk or Education portals).

What challenges would you foresee in implementing this idea?

Ensuring data privacy under GDPR, gaining adoption across multiple schools with varied systems, and training staff for consistent digital reporting practices.
</solution_proposal>
