Test on PHP 8.4 and 8.5, update Codecov action, add badges

- Add PHP 8.4 and 8.5 to the dependency-analysis, static-analysis and unit-test
  matrices (lowest + highest).
- Replace the retired Codecov bash uploader with codecov/codecov-action@v5.
- Add Code Coverage and Stryker mutation-testing badges to the README.
