[BUG] "Something went wrong while displaying this content" (While connected to TV)

Bug Report Description

Every single Decky Loader version update, I get the message "Something went wrong while displaying this content". Refresh button does nothing and the rest of the menu buttons don't work because this error overlaps all of them. This effectively softlocks the entire Steam Deck because you can't open any menu to escape to another page or Desktop Mode.

Expected Behaviour

I think the refresh button should do something? At the very least, the Steam button or submenu buttons should still be able to bring the respective menus up so I can escape to a different page.

Backend Logs

I can provide this if needed, but if I try to recreate the issue, the Steam Deck is effectively softlocked and the error screen can't be escaped. No menus can be brought up to try and go to another menu or desktop mode either. Only option is to force shut off the Steam Deck from the console itself.

If you would like this log without trying to replicate the issue, let me know and I can get it.

I did see there were other reports of this error, but I didn't see any that had the error where you couldn't dismiss it. I think I am correct when I say the temporary fix is to restart, go to Desktop Mode and update Decky through the Terminal?

What I'd love to know is if there is any way to fix this error message to prevent these full softlocks or even a way to update Decky within the standard Game Mode? I assume the update option is in the Decky menu but every single time there is an update, this error prevents me from reaching the menu. Would really prefer to not have to go to Desktop Mode and run a long Terminal command each time that I have to look up again each time to update.
