Fix needed for token arguments

Because the functions have token = token in the arguments this can cause issues and need to be updated to .token = token.

I don't understand what issues are caused by having token = token in your functions. What's the motivation for this issue? I understand that gh::gh() needs a .token argument but this is internally handled within your functions. Just trying to understand the issue and the PR.

I need the argument to be .token because that's what gh calls it, I guess so that there isn't the confusion that I've fallen into by calling my token "token" 🤦🏻

It's particularly needed as I have to feed in different credentials into it (locally I use keyring, to Posit Connect I'll need .Renviron and then in Posit Connect it needs the integration). I might not need the token = get_token() now as I was incorrectly trying to get the function to handle the credential changes according to environment or use but it's much better and easier to read in the report code rather than buried in a function.

I've been working off a development branch to ensure that I can test the publishing and worked this point out the hard way (live and learn!) so although this isn't the best approach I will get to a better one in a future PRs 🤞🏻
