Add Jedi Outlaws

The Empire has gained many heros, so balancing wise it would be nice, if the Rebellion would also get some (Zann Consotium is strong enough already)
I would base them either on Luke or on Obi wan and change some text, abilities and icons.

There also seems to be a jedi starfighter, maybe we could use it.
