htmx4 hx-include ignores css pseudo-classes

htmx4 hx-include ignores css pseudo-classes (htmx2 works fine) and grabs all table rows instead of hovered one:

The tbody is already contributing both inputs before hx-include runs. hx-include adds values, it doesn't filter the values already collected.

With htmx's four branch at d1b14b5, Chromium 140 sent id=1&id=2 from your example even though tr:hover matched just the hovered row. Removing hx-include sent both IDs too.

For this table, move hx-post="/test" and hx-trigger="click" onto each tr, removing them and hx-include from tbody. That sent id=1 when clicking the first row and id=2 for the second. I haven't checked the v2 comparison.
