Friendly Entity Naming

Entity names and friendly names have the what I assume is an ID number of some sort in them Most users likely only have one generator. Suggest that Friendly names be, well friendly and entity IDs follow a more conventional area_device_entity_name format.

Had started working on this a while back sometime in May of last year and ran into an odd issue where setting the friendly name by default was overriding the generated entity id. Either I was doing something silly or hit an edge case that has LONG since been fixed, but I just hadn't gotten back to it since. I'll take another crack at it later this evening. Thanks for reminding me of this!
