Also I assume you have added the API key for OpenAI.
Try to use gpt-5.4-mini as model name, or pick some model from the list https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/models

Models change quite quickly, so we will need to improve how we recommend the default option. I assume that the issue may be that the model you try to use (gpt-4.1-mini) is no longer available.

Else get the logs from Buzz as described here
Please note, your OpenAI API key will be visible in the logs, so remove it from the logs or revoke on OpenAI platform before you post it publically
