Snippets List Order setting has no effect

Since updating to 3.10.0, the Settings → Snippets List Order setting has no impact on the displayed order. Whatever option is selected, the snippets table does not reflect the chosen sort order.

Expected behavior

The selected list order option should determine the default sort order of the All Snippets table.
