Cognis interop map

How this repo fits into the wider Cognis suite. Everything is composable and runs on your own hardware: a private-AI backbone (edgemesh), an agent language + cognition layer (agentlex + humind), domain intelligence (maritime, drone, OSINT), and shared memory / intel services.
