retention only profile

I have setup resticprofile for a append only repo. This uses the host key for append only.
The same repo is also aviable with a other ssh-key for retention.

repository: "rclone:"
 password-file: "key"
 option: "rclone.program=ssh ssh-profile-append-only"
 ....

cleanup:
 repository: "sftp://ssh-profile-renention-only//$PATH"
 retention:
   keep-within: "2m7d48h"
   prune: true
   tag: true
   host: true

so how i call cleanup.retention ?
resticprofile cleanup.forget
says
Fatal: no policy was specified, no snapshots will be removed
