By uploading or submitting any custom assets, maps, levels, or other user-generated content ("Submissions") to our game, you agree to the following terms:

Ownership and Rights Assignment
You acknowledge and agree that by submitting your custom assets or maps/levels, you irrevocably assign all rights, title, and interest in and to those Submissions to us, including but not limited to any copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein. -
License Grant
You grant us the unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, sublicense, and create derivative works from your Submissions, for any purpose, commercial or otherwise. -
No Compensation
You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation, payment, or royalties from us for any Submissions you upload or submit. -
Warranties
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the assets or maps/levels, and that such Submissions do not infringe or violate any third-party rights. -
Removal and Modification
We reserve the right to remove, modify, or refuse any Submissions at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason. -
Acceptance of Terms
By uploading or submitting assets or maps/levels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
