kpatch-cc: some objects under lib/ are now ftrace-able

Upstream kernel commit b16838c6 ("kbuild: trace functions in subdirectories of lib/") tweaked the build for the lib/ hierarchy:

However, most of library functions in sub-directories are not so hot.
Re-add them to ftrace.

Going forward, only the objects right under lib/ will be excluded.

We may want to update 9f7c76b ("kpatch-build: add lib/ files to kpatch-gcc skip-list") accordingly.
