(Guide on) how to Update to the newest TdLib?

Hey, thanks for this great project!

I wanted to ask if there is a guide on how to update to the newest tdlib. Currently its a little bit outdated and does not support all new message types :(

Is there a guide on how to do this? Or are there plans on a future update of this nuget+bins?
