fix: exclude playwright.config.ts from npm package, ship only compiled .js

Playwright's config loader prefers .ts over .js when both exist in the
same directory. Since Node refuses to type-strip .ts files inside
node_modules/, shipping only playwright.config.js forces Playwright to
load the compiled JS, resolving ERR_UNSUPPORTED_NODE_MODULES_TYPE_STRIPPING.
