CUDA compatibility

DeepSomatic-1.10-gpu seems not compatible with CUDA 12.8 (RTX 5090). Could you help with this issue? Thanks so much

Hi @Larrycpan - we are working on this and I am hoping we can provide this in a future release. For now, you may need to run variant calling on CPU or find an alternative workaround.
