My device often experiences significant lag when using software due to Standby Memory occupying all available memory space. However, in reality, the memory usage during use usually does not exceed 40%, and Standby Memory usage exceeds 60%. Therefore, the percentage of memory usage during use cannot truly reflect the memory usage of my device. Even if 20% of the memory is in use, it is possible for the device to experience abnormal lag due to up to 80% of Standby Memory usage.
So I had to use mem reduce to clean the Standby list every 5-30 minutes,

I use this computer for office work and commonly use software such as Siemens NX and JDsoft Surfmill. I also usually open Chrome to browse some online content.
Starting from working every morning, if I don't manually clear the standby memory, my computer may experience a lot of lag after 1-2 hours due to the standby memory not being released. This time depends on whether I have opened many, many files. I suspect this is a vulnerability in the Windows system, but I cannot find a solution on the network to solve the problem of standby memory not being released properly.
Now I use mem reduce to clean the standby list every 5 minutes to ensure that my computer runs normally. If I don't do this, the standby memory will become like the one shown in the picture. Before I found such a useful software, if I encountered a situation where the standby memory was full, I could only free it by restarting the computer or logging out and logging back in as a user.
When my standby memory occupies all available memory space, I feel a noticeable lag. The function that used to take less than half a second to turn on now takes about 3-10 seconds or even more.

A checkbox list to select which memory regions to include in the calculation would allow for this flexibility. This way, you could see available memory based only on standby memory if needed.
