Savings report

Here the savings report is filled with empty (0) lines until the current time there the report is filled with figures. I think it would be improved if either the empty lines were removed so starting with current, or rather fill the past lines with the outcome or at least the previous plan.

Last night I got tired of all consumption data it complained about all the time and did the influxdb install, and now I see that the savings report looks a lot nicer. So if influxdb is not installed and past records can't be shown, maybe don't display them at all.
