Missing some part for boot attempt?

I'm looking to replicate this setup into "mirror" mode using the readme and a virtualbox machine.

Maybe I've find some missing points.

For example is seems missing the vfat format for the first efi partition and it seems to not be replicate all steps into all nvme for redundancy if first nvme dies.

It’s a good point, I don’t cover this because if the nvme dies it’s straightforward to recover this but it also should be straight forward to copy the openzfsboot menu partition to all 6 drives so i can probably update the readme to cover that. Feel free to to submit a PR as well
