Error when using R-devel (4.5)

Currently getting a major error (memory dump / R session aborted etc) when using R-devel (4.5).

Not sure the cause. Maybe a temporary bug with R-devel - will monitor.

This is giving a build error in Bioc-devel right now.

@kinnaryshah I think this is also giving you errors in spoon right now.

No, not yet unfortunately.

Leaving a note here for myself - tracked it down to the re-using of nearest neighbors object from BRISC_neighbor(). The error doesn't happen when re-calculating the neighbors each iteration. Strange that it is only an issue in R 4.5 and not 4.4.

Ok I think I have managed to temporarily fix it by changing the main function to re-calculate the neighbors each iteration. This will make everything slower, but at least doesn't give the instant error / memory error / session dump any more.

I'll leave this issue open so I can continue to try to fix it when re-using the neighbors.

Note this is all only in the current R-devel (R 4.5 and Bioc 3.21). The release version (R 4.4 and Bioc RELEASE_3_20) is unaffected and still works fine.

This has worked - the nnSVG build in Bioc-devel is passing now in today's build. @kinnaryshah this should hopefully mean the build error for spoon should go away in tomorrow's build.
