Blind editing work queue flow

• Editor takes an unedited item off the queue

• When the abstract has been taken off the queue, mark who took it off the queue

• Record who edited an abstract

• Abstract presentation in the editing queue should be blinded so that only title, body, and type are visible.

• Editor halts editing, work done so far (if any) is saved as the "edited abstract", but it goes back in the queue

• Editor marks an abstract as finally edited, doesn't go back in the queue

• Abstracts re-entering the queue should prominently display who last worked on it, if it has previously had editing work done.

• If a finalized review was re-edited by the author, dirty-mark the abstract and notify the original editor to re-review. Abstract should re-enter the queue.
