看报错是脚手架读取模板包的 dist-tags.latest 时没有拿到版本号，所以后续拼成了 @undefined。这不是模板包不存在；我刚确认 npm 官方 registry 上这两个包的 latest 现在都是 1.0.4。

可以先清一下本地 npx/npm 缓存后重试，或者显式使用官方 registry：

npm cache verify
npm init midway@latest -- --registry=https://registry.npmjs.org/

如果仍然出现 @undefined，麻烦贴一下下面两条命令的输出，我们再看是否是镜像缓存或 npm 12 兼容问题：

npm config get registry
npm view @midwayjs-examples/application-koa-esm-v4 dist-tags --json

npm 是肯定有这个版本的

就是官方源 没有换 看下是不是npm12不兼容的问题呢？因为之前是好的 更新npm12后出问题了
