There seems to be some sort of race condition maybe while deleting the temporary directory. Not all cwl files are returned always.
On looking through the logs, it seems that even though all the files are created, sometimes not all are returned.. It's a bit random, sometimes 2, 3, or all
Here's a workaround that I use. So when it shows me only a few notebooks (cwl files), I refresh the page, and it shows all !
