Cannot download component from different WINGS instance

When I download a component from mint.wins.isi.edu, everything work.
When I go to dev.wings.isi.edu, wcm list works, but whenever I try to download a component I get "The ID is not correct"

Daniel found fix: The export wings url was not configured properly (localhost:8080 instead of localhost:8079).

The proposed solution is better documentation on each of the configuration options from the credentials file. I'm going to change the label from "bug" to "documentation"
