"Label only" option in DICOM Explorer

I am facing an issue where the series labels are not displayed below the thumbnails in DICOM explorer. Though this issue was not reproducible, it continues to bug me.

Description of the new feature/enhancement

It would be nice if we could add these options (in preferences) for series display in DICOM explorer:

1. Thumbnail with label
2. Labels only
   The "Label only" option would also give the DICOM explorer a cleaner and more compact look, and potentially solve the issue I am having.

I’m not sure this is the best way to address the issue reported in #825. So far, no other users have reported the same behavior. Could you please provide instructions to reproduce it? Once we can reproduce the problem, we’ll work on a fix.

I thought since the issue was not reproducible, maybe it's something specific to my computer. Regardless, the "Label only" option would still be a nice feature to add I think. It would make things compact in the DICOM explorer so that I don't have to scroll too much to navigate between series (especially when there are a lot of MRI sequences).
