Historically multi file uploads on browsers have been finicky and so we opted out of it. However with Cider 0.5 coming out soon and overhauling the project navigation to be more files based, I'll reconsider/retest multi-file uploaders in the web app. Currently this exact functionality exists in the standalone app (mac, windows, linux). The project management is much nicer in the standalone as your projects are saved into their own folders and simple files ( Thanks for writing this out, it is great feedback. Sometimes I only have my own workflow optimized, but it's extremely valuable to know how others use the app and how things can be improved to speed and ease up their workflow as well. |

If you're collaborating on a project with multiple people, I highly recommend you set up a private GitHub repo of your project (ex. https://github.com/oatear/cosmic-apple-game). You can then all commit + push new changes to your project and have built in version control and release tags for your card game. I can write up a guide for how to do this to make it easier to get started. |
Uh oh!

Currently after importing a CSV of cards (that includes an image column (e.g., image: orcwarrior.png)), users are required to manually import each image into the "Assets" database and assign a name to each.
This process can be very time-consuming and tedious for projects with a large number of card images.
I propose a new feature for bulk importing images from a selected folder:
