User session is limited to the admin dashboard and not to the admin tools

Steps:
* I log in to the admin dashboard
* I launch the metrics tools (in another tab)
* I come back to the admin dashboard and disconnect
* Then I continue to use the metrics tool

What I get:
* nothing special, the metrics tool is fully available although I have disconnected as an admin

What I expect:
* I should reconnect first before using further the metrics tools
