Open Arsenal Specification Repos

Open Arsenal specifications are designed to operate across a wide range of deployment environments, from fully isolated private networks to public-facing platforms. Organizations can self-host implementations within their own infrastructure, whether in enterprise environments, government systems, internal operational networks, or internet-accessible services. The specifications emphasize portability, transparency, and interoperability, making it possible to integrate them into existing technology stacks while preserving complete control over data, operations, security policies, and long-term system management without dependence on a specific vendor.

All Open Arsenal specifications are distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later (AGPL-3.0+). Use, modification, and deployment are permitted at no cost provided the required attribution is preserved in accordance with Section 7 of the license. For organizations seeking to implement a specification without attribution obligations, Specification Branding Licenses are available. Licensing terms are evaluated based on factors such as the specification being adopted, deployment scale, operational scope, and network size, providing options suitable for everything from small independent projects to enterprise, commercial, and institutional deployments.
