Restructuring GitHub Teams

Dear @5G-MAG/contributors-cla

Given we are welcoming new companies to the 5G-MAG Reference Tools, we have been restructuring the GitHub Teams to easily grant you rights on the different repos you contribute to.

Some remarks:

• All contributors with a singed CLA are, by default, on Triage for all the repositories which are public.
• There are teams per company which now contain the GitHub users. Rights for repos will be granted to the entire team (unless you tell us different – please contact us).
• Active contributors should request additional rights when needed, please reach out to us.
• We have deleted the teams of the repos that have become public over time (e.g. V3C, XR, are no longer private) – as there is no point in give read access anymore. Contributors with Write access at that time keep the right.
• You should not have lost your current rights but if that would be the case…. Apologies and please contact us so we can give your rights back.
• 5G-MAG members with a GitHub account have a group with access to Standards, Tech and Getting-Started.
