Stalwart and JMAP seems to support different type of object such as resources or locations :

Does Bulwark support theses types in the calendar ?

Usually it's something created by an administrator but it's management is delegated to another user or/and done automatically. Theses resources can then be added to an event. They can either be managed automatically (validate or refuse the resource availability), prompt the manager to allow the resource use or a mix of both (allow if available but prompt when not available).
