Rich Text Editor component

Hi devs. In some of my projects, I needed a rich text editor, and since I usually prefer shadcn components for my ui components, I needed an rte that was design-consistent with them. I'm building an rte to meet my needs for one of my projects. It's still a work in progress, but I'm leaving the repo link here in case you'd like to take a look or contribute.
