Learning Rubric

Candidates are classified using this rubric:

  1. Promote to AGENTS.md: short universal rules that should affect every future session.
  2. Add to GLOBAL_MEMORY.md: durable preferences and cross-project workflow lessons.
  3. Add to ERROR_PATTERNS.md: repeated mistakes with cause, prevention, and verification.
  4. Add to ACTIVE_GLOBAL.md: current global workflows and active automation details.
  5. Keep in inbox: unclear notes or notes needing more evidence.
  6. Archive without action: vague, duplicated, obsolete, test-only, or one-off notes.

AGENTS.md should stay concise. Most lessons belong in memory, error patterns, or the archive.
