Describe the bug

Cannot use dev branch name that is in use by another developer.

Reproduction repo

no needed, easy to repro, see below

To reproduce

Steps to repo:

• Create a dev branch for developer A
• Create a dev branch with the same name for developer B

Result:

• UI form validation shows that the branch name is already in use. UI also suggest to archive the branch, but the branch is not even shown for developer B.

Thanks for reporting @felix-quotez, this is annoying. Having a look now how we can resolve this.
