  13. ⚠️ Website content updated

Estimated Effort

Task Estimated Time Priority
Enable 9 disabled modules 2-3 weeks HIGH
Complete test coverage 1-2 weeks HIGH
Documentation completion 1 week MEDIUM
Video course creation 2 weeks MEDIUM
Website update 1 week MEDIUM
Total 6-9 weeks

Risk Assessment

Low Risk

  • Enabling disabled modules (code exists, just needs activation)
  • Documentation creation (content generation)
  • Website updates (static content)

Medium Risk

  • Test implementation (requires understanding of each module)
  • Video course creation (requires planning and production)

High Risk

  • Ensuring 100% test coverage (comprehensive validation needed)
  • No broken or disabled tests (all must be active and passing)

Recommendations

  1. Start with MatrixConnector - E2EE already implemented, lowest risk
  2. Batch enable modules - Enable 2-3 modules at a time for efficiency
  3. Test as you go - Enable → Build → Test → Document cycle
  4. Leverage existing patterns - Copy patterns from working connectors
  5. Use AI QA tests - Automate validation of each enabled module
  6. Document immediately - Update documentation as each module is enabled
  7. Regular security scans - Run Snyk scans after each major change
  8. Continuous integration - Set up automated testing pipeline

Conclusion

The ShareConnect project is 85% complete with 9 disabled modules that need activation. The core functionality is solid with all main applications building successfully, comprehensive security integration, QR scanning, JDownloader support, and good test coverage.

The remaining work focuses on:

  1. Activating disabled modules (9 connectors)
  2. Achieving 100% test coverage (all 6 test types)
  3. Completing documentation (user manuals, API docs, guides)
  4. Creating video courses (tutorials for all user levels)
  5. Updating website content (primary user portal)

With focused effort over 6-9 weeks, the project can reach 100% completion with no broken or disabled components.
