Web.Config Database Connection String

Hey Guys, We need to get the configuration option changed. Is there any easy way to do this,

The url for the Inital Catalog changes to Dev, Stage, prod and should look like

"{Environment}-TargetDatabase"

for this I have found two options, I believe the first option is easier and will also be more manageable in case you don't have development team on end to support the second option. it looks like the second option would do exactly what you are asking but we have to see if we want to go through making custom fields.
