Side tab widget trigger always shows static "Feedback" text

Description

When the widget Position is set to Side tab (Styling tab), the side tab trigger shown in the preview always displays the static label "Feedback", regardless of the survey's actual title or any label configured for it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a form's Styling tab.
2. Under Widget Position, select Side tab.
3. Look at the side tab trigger in the preview panel.

Expected Behavior

The side tab trigger label should reflect the survey's configured/dynamic text (or be editable), not a hardcoded value.

Actual Behavior

The side tab trigger always shows the static text "Feedback" no matter what the survey is or how it's configured.
