WildPose Reconstruction

This is a repository for the WildPose 3D reconstruction process.

Installation

To set up the repo, you may simply use the supplied conda environemtn in the /conda_envs directory. You may create the environment by running:

conda env create -f wildpose.yml

Usage

You can follow the process of reconstruction outlined in /src/reconstruction.ipynb
